玫瑰鹽 / 岩鹽 少許
蜜糖 少許
Step 1.
Pomegranate x 1
Lime soda x 1 bottle
Rose slat / rock salt x a pinch
Honey x to taste
步驟 2
紅石榴應怎樣開?先在頂部橫切一下,去除蒂,再沿紅石榴內的白色紋路向下剖開,大概一分為六。石榴籽就能輕易取出。
Step 2.
How to open a pomegranate? Firstly, remove the flower from the top. Then cut at angles, removing a cone of pith from below the flower without cutting into the seeds, separating into 6 equal parts. Now you can deseed easily!
步驟 3
把大半石榴籽榨汁。玫瑰鹽也要搗至粉碎。
Step 3.
Extract half of the pomegranate seeds into juice. And mash the rose salt into powder.
依次序加入蜜糖、梳打水、石榴汁,最後在杯口塗上薄薄一層蜜糖,黏上玫瑰鹽即成!
Mix honey, lime soda and pomegranate juice. Finally smear a thin layer of rose salt at the edge of the glass, and it’s done!
